With these Terms & Conditions, the usage, purchase process and all other related aspects of using dentalshopsupplies.com are regulated between Georock Desing LTD, henceforth referred to as “we”, “us”, the “seller”, as well as our brand name “Dental Shop Supplies”, on one side, and the visitors and customers of this website, henceforth referred to as the “buyer”, the “client”, the “customer” or simply “you”.
We urge you to carefully read through these Terms & Conditions. In order to make a purchase, you will be required to agree with them in full, explicitly.
Order
You can submit an order at dentalshopsupplies.com seven days a week, 24 hours a day, with no exceptions, disregarding website maintenance, technical problems or other unforeseen events. Processing of the order will normally be required 24 to 48 hours to pass, not counting weekends and official holidays in Bulgaria. There is, however, a small possibility of a delay of that process.
Upon placing the order, the customer is automatically emailed by our system, to confirm that the order has been successfully submitted and to offer them an overview of the order that was made, including price, taxes (if applicable), shipping rates, ordered items, delivery and billing addresses. This automated email is not and should not be treated as a confirmation of the order, but merely a notification email for the client’s convenience. Additional explicit confirmation from a representative of Dental Shop Supplies, might be required, done via email or phone. Further clarifications and changed to shipping terms and item availability can also be made additionally but us.
An agreement between us and the customer will be established only once the package with the order has been sent, the client has received the necessary shipping information, including the tracking number and the invoice (if applicable). The agreement is fulfilled with the successful delivery of the ordered item.

Item Availability
Items with availability status “In stock” can be currently unavailable, but possible to backorder within reasonable time frame. Backordering will normally take from 3 to 5 workdays, and we will notify the customer immediately, of the possible delay to the order. Backorders will not be made before an item is paid in full.
If an item is not available and cannot be backordered, Dental Shop Supplies can cancel the order. In this case, the customer will be refunded the full amount of money they have paid.
Client Information
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and up-to date shipping and billing information, company and VAT information (if applicable). Changing said information per the request of the client might add a further 24 hours to the order processing time.
Taxes, fees and import charges
All items listed for sale on our website do not include VAT or potential other taxes or import fees. Additional charges like import duties, fees and local taxes are possible and it is the responsibility of the customer to know and take care of any such extra expenses. Releasing the package from the local customs office might require you to first take care of any such charges.
All import duties and related fees, as well as potential local taxes are the responsibility of the customer alone and Dental Shop Supplies bears no responsibility for them. Please make sure you are well informed about your local applicable law and potential taxes and duties.
If a package is stopped and returned by local authorities, the customer can pay an additional delivery fee to have it sent again or request a full refund, excluding the shipping expenses we’ve made.
EU based customers are exempt from import duties. However, customer located in the EU might be required to pay VAT. VAT application is described in the Prices and other fees section of these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation of Orders
You have the right to cancel any order you’ve made up to the point where it has been sent to you.
Prices, Taxes, Fees and Other Expenses
All prices on the website are in Euro and exclude VAT or any other taxes and fees. Customers from outside the EU are not required to pay VAT. They should, however, take care of any local taxes and import duties that are the result of purchasing and receiving items from us. The customers are responsible to know and take care of any local taxes and fees and the paperwork necessary to free their package if it has been held by the customs.
Customers from the EU might be subject to paying VAT. Customers who provide a valid VAT number are exempt from paying VAT. Customers from the EU who do not provide a valid VAT number will be charged with the percentage of VAT that is applicable for their country of billing. If you are a person, company, organization or other entity that is not VAT registered or are unsure – please contact us to check if VAT is applicable to you, prior to making a purchase.
Payment Methods
We accept three different methods of payment – bank transfer, credit card and debit card payment. All payments must be finalized prior to your order being shipped out. Conversion and transaction fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
When making a purchase your information is fully protected. When paying with a debit or credit card your card information is completely protected and inaccessible even to us.
Our card checkout service includes an anti-fraud protection integration. Any suspicious payment will be held until further investigation. We might require you to provide additional information if the anti-fraud system deems the payment as a potential fraud.
Refunds
The method of refund is determined by the payment method chosen by the customer. Shipping expenses are non-refundable, with the exception of orders that have not yet been shipped. Refunds can take up to a month until they’re visible on bank or credit card statement. Be sure to contact your bank or credit/debit card institution if there is a further delay than that.

We retain the right to make changes to item descriptions, images, titles, pictures, parameters, prices, shipping terms, privacy policy and terms and conditions, as well as any other type of content or the design of the website.
Limited Liability
Neither Georock Desing LTD, nor any of its employees will be held accountable or liable to pay damages for indirect losses by the buyer, clients of the buyer or any other third parties. These may include, but are not limited to loss of business opportunities, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, loss of client interest and other, which can legally be defined as “damages”. None indirect damages are the responsibility of Dental Shop Supplies or its employees.
Our liability is only limited to the amount of money the customer has paid for their purchase. No amount greater than the final value of the client’s order will be paid out without regard to the type of liability of the specific case – strict, product or negligence liability.

We have the right to cancel any order at any time. Any money paid by the customer, with the exception of covering shipping fees or other expenses related to the other we had to make, will be fully refunded to the customer.
Our company is not responsible for any non-delivery either cause by an unforeseen event, item unavailability or any other cause for delay or prevention of delivery.

This website includes content which is either fully owned by our company or third parties.
