These are the terms for Shipping & Delivery of our website. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. These are to be considered an addition to our general Terms & Conditions and by accepting said terms and conditions you are also accepting our Shipping & Delivery terms. Please refer to both the Terms & Conditions and Return Policy pages, for information relevant to the Shipping & Delivery terms.
Shipping Methods
The offered shipping options are – Standard Mail, Priority Mail, Standard Courier and Express courier. Depending on the customers location and purchased items, the available shipping options will vary.
Shipping Time and Delays
Items available at our warehouse are normally sent within 48 hours after payment, excluding non-working days. For backorders please refer to the “Item Availability” section of the Terms & Conditions.
Courier delivery is normally 2-3 workdays for EU countries, 3-4 workdays for non-EU European countries and 3-7 workdays for the rest of the world. These time frames are only an estimate and delays are possible.
Post delivery for EU countries is usually 4 to 7 workdays. Delivery via postal service for the rest of the world is normally 10 to 15 workdays, however some destinations can be up to 20 workdays. Again, these numbers are just an estimate and delays in delivery via post are possible and to be expected.
Shipping rates will be visible on the website and will be calculated per item number, weight and size. However, certain items might require special calculation or special delivery method which would mean custom delivery pricing. Should the customer provide incomplete or erroneous shipping information, they might have to pay additional shipping charges.
