These are the terms of our Return Policy. Please note, they are to be treated as an addition to the Terms & Conditions and by accepting the Terms & Conditions you are agreeing to the Return Policy, as well. Refer to both the Terms & Conditions and the Shipping & Delivery pages for relevant information.

Each client has to right the return their item or items as per the regulations of the Terms & Conditions and the Return Policy page. You are obliged to give us a notice of your intent to return the item(s) within 8 days after receiving the purchase.

Item returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • The received item or items were broken/deformed/defective/malfunctioning or in other way damaged, unfit for proper usage and differing from the listed parameters
  • You received an item different than the one you ordered
  • The item(s) received were damaged during shipping

Damaged Items & Product returns

It is our responsibility as a seller to have your items delivered to you in an acceptable, non-damaged and completely usable condition, without any notable defects or deviations from the advertised condition of the product. For any problem regarding the condition of your purchased items, please contact us immediately after finding out about it, at [email protected], but no longer than 8 days after receiving your package. Dental Shop Supplies will not be held responsible for any problems with the items that were discovered beyond that period.

When contacting us about a problem with a purchased item, please provide all the necessary information and documentation. Our team might contact you several times in order to request additional information. Your complete cooperation is necessary, especially when regarding package mishandling by the delivery service used.

Items damaged or otherwise negatively affected by adverse events will be accepted for return. As per this Return Policy and our Terms & Conditions, adverse events are defined as:

  • Malfunctions, deteriorations or other degradation of quality and item properties which prevent it’s proper or intended usage. As such, this definition also covers item mislabeling or usage instruction errors, as well as defects and change of properties which are potentially a risk of the life and health of the user or anybody else.
  • In the event of a mass recall of items of the same type and manufacturer, especially such which are the result of medical concerns.

Damaged and defective items must be shipped to us in 8 days after notifying us of the problem. Once the item is received and reviewed by us a refund is issued or a replacement sent back to the customer, as per their requirements.

We would appreciate it if you’re able to add a copy of the invoice and the note describing the problem in detail, to the package.

Returned items are reviews individually to determine if the customer’s claim to a defect or other problem is valid and if the reason for the problem is not mishandling of the item by the client. In the event of items that have been damaged or otherwise negatively affected in their properties by the customer, no refund is issued.
