I-SiL Heavy Body is a fast setting impression material, A-silicone dental solution with higher viscosity level and with a heavy consistency. It can be easily utilized for either inlay, or onlay tasks, and can also be used for making impressions for bridges, crowns or implants.

Description

Once set, the I-SiL Heavy Body is very durable and resistant to tearing, maintaining it’s form as impressions with this silicone are very dimensionally stable and insusceptible to deformity. It’s worth noting that the products is thixotropic and with very good hydrophilicity.

The A-silicone has 40 seconds of work time and the necessary time for settings is just 2 minutes, having the benefit from faster setting time.

How to use:

  • Insert a cartridge of I-SiL impression silicone inside the dispenser
  • Mix catalyst and base, pressing the trigger gently to avoid blockage and ensure even mixing results
  • Once the mixture is ready – put it on a tray and have the tray seated during the silicon’s working time
  • When the impression silicone is set, you can put the tray away
