Used primarily to lute implant-retained crowns, EsTemp is a dual cure dental product. This resin cement is very simple to use, since it’s contained in a syringe, and makes the removal of excess material quite easy. One of its main advantages is the substance’s radiopacity. The cement is notably durable and with high strength and can be used for long-term cementation, especially for imaplant-retained crowns.

Description

How to use:

  • First you need to the occlusion of the crown
  • After, dry and isolate the abutments
  • Ensure the the necessary amount of both the catalyst, and the base is dispensed
  • Dispense a very small amount onto the cervical third (or half) of the crown. A thin layer of the EsTemp cemet will suffice
  • Ensure the crown stays stably in its proper place and keep it seated for 2-2.5 minutes
  • While the material is still gel-like, be sure to remove any excess
  • Cementing is done intraorally, for 3 to 3 and a half minutes
